Hi, I’m Michelle, the owner here at Serena Bridal. I started the business in 2009, not because “I had been disappointed with my own bridal shopping experience” it was because I have always been passionate about fashion and styling. I had trained as a wedding planner but was obsessed with the dresses and so Serena Bridal was born.
The business grew quickly and we moved to our current location in 2012. I deliberately chose an out of town location as I wanted a space where brides could walk around to really get a feel for the dresses, and it also meant free parking right outside. There are deliberately only 2 bridal changing areas. This is so that each party has space, rather than cramming brides in.
I have always been passionate about making wedding dress shopping a lovely experience, and over the years we have added lots of little touches to make it extra special!
We know that some boutiques charge for appointments and / or charge for refreshments. We don’t! Upon arrival you will be offered a welcome drink of Prosecco, fresh lemon water or fruit juice (complimentary). Throughout your appointment you will have the undivided attention of your highly trained bridal stylist who will LISTEN and work with you to find the one! If you say “Yes to the dress” you will receive one of our gorgeous gifts. You will then get your chance to have your photo taken in our fabulous “I SAID YES” phone booth!

Michelle established Serena Bridal over 14 years ago with the aim of making every bride feel super special whilst she was choosing her dress. With the help of her fabulous team, that ethos is still as strong today.

Maisey has been with us for several years now and was promoted to manager in 2021. She has a warm and bubbly personality and really knows her stuff.

Lyn has been with Serena Bridal since the beginning and there isn’t much she doesn’t know about styling brides. Hugely popular with everyone who meets her.

Dani is the newest member of our team. She joined us in 2021 and brings with her over 20 years of customer service experience. She’s super friendly and always laughing.
Each of our consultant’s has an intuitive knack of putting together entire looks, which our brides love.
