Hello, I’m Michelle the proud owner of Serena Bridal. I founded the boutique in 2009, not because I was dissatisfied with my own bridal shopping experience, but because of. my lifelong passion for fashion and styling. Although I initially trained as a wedding planner, my true obsession was always with the dresses and that’s how Serena Bridal came to life. At Serena Bridal, it’s incredibly important to me that every bride feels relaxed and comfortable throughout her dress shopping experience. Whilst choosing a gown can be thrilling, we know it can also be feel overwhelming at times, and we are here to support you every step of the way. Our stylists are not only highly experienced and knowledgable about bridal gowns, they are also friendly, empathetic and truly dedicated to helping you find your dream dress. Upon arrival you will be offered a complimentary welcome drink of Bucks Fizz, Orange juice or fresh lemon water and then your stylist will have a chat with you. During your appointment you will have the undivided attention of your expert bridal stylist, who will listen carefully to your vision and work closely with you to find THE one.
When you say “Yes to the dress” you will be treated to a lovely gift and invited to take a celebratory photo in our fabulous “I SAID YES” phone booth! Then you are a Serena Bride and we will be with you every step of the way.
