Hello, I’m Michelle the proud owner of Serena Bridal. I founded the boutique back in 2008, as I have always been passionate about fashion and styling, and specifically bridal fashion, which has the power to transform every bride into her most beautiful self.
At Serena Bridal, it’s incredibly important to me that every bride feels relaxed and comfortable throughout her dress shopping experience. Whilst choosing a gown can be thrilling, we know it can also be feel overwhelming at times, and we are here to support you every step of the way.
Our stylists are not only highly experienced and knowledgable about bridal gowns, they are also friendly, empathetic and truly dedicated to empowering each bride and helping you to find the perfect dress.
In 2023 I opened our sister store Serena Luan in Southend as I realised that not every bride has the time for a made to order gown, or perhaps not the budget so Serena Luan offers all off the peg dresses priced from £299 – £999 and you will receive the same Serena service from Michelle, Chloe, Danielle, Lyn or Amy.

Michelle established Serena Bridal over 15 year ago and has always understood that each bride is unique and she is dedicated to providing a welcoming, stress free environment where brides can feel confident and supported. She remains passionate about making each’s bride’s experience truly unforgettable.
Chloe is our boutique and social media manager who brings years of managerial experience as well bridal experience.
Notwithstanding that she is a bride to be herself at the moment, Chloe’s sense of style and understanding of how brides in 2026 and beyond need to be understood make her a fabulous stylist as well. Every bride receives the highest level of care and guidance throughout their journey.
Lyn is a cherished member of the Serena Bridal team who has been with us since the very beginning. With years of experience and a warm, friendly approach, Lyn has a natural ability to make every bride feel at ease and truly valued. Her calming presence and attentive nature ensure that every bride enjoys a relaxed and enjoyable experience while finding the perfect dress.
Danielle is a senior stylist with over a decade of experience in the bridal industry. With her extensive knowledge and keen eye for detail, Danielle is known for her perfectionism and commitment to helping each bride find the dress of her dreams. Her passion for styling and dedication to creating the perfect bridal look ensures that every bride feels heard, confident and beautiful on her big day.
Amy is a recent bride herself as well as being a dressmaker in her own right. She is so bubbly an puts everyone at ease and understands what it’s like to be a bride to be. She is also an expert in fitting dresses so you are in safe hands with Amy.
Each of our stylist’s has an intuitive knack of putting together entire looks, which our brides love.
