The Serena Experience
We are committed to making your dress shopping experience one to remember and cherish, and so you know how it works, it will go something like this:
- You will be welcomed by your stylist who will offer you and your party complimentary refreshments.
- Your stylist will have a chat with you about your wedding, if you have tried dresses on, your likes and dislikes.
- If you have a list of dresses you like that is great, but don’t worry if you don’t.
- Your stylist will then take you around the boutique showing you dresses and you will choose the first few that you want to try on. There is no limit on number of dresses and generally after the first few we will have a better idea of what you like and pick out some more for you.
- Some will be too small, some will be too big, we have lots of little tricks to make them look like they fit!
- Throughout we will put aside your “favourites”
- Once you’ve tried on everything you want to, it’s time to put the favourites back on.
- This is typically when you realise which one is THE ONE
- Then it’s time for celebrations. Hugs all round, cheers, goody bag and your picture in our Phone Booth.

What to do next?
- Be open minded
- Bring trusted relatives / friends
- Be realistic about your budget
- Make sure you eat something before your appointment (it’s hard work getting in and out of dresses so we don’t want you fainting!)
- Be ready to say YES. 7 out of 10 Brides who come to us do!
- Be excited!
