Michelle established Serena Bridal over 10 years ago with the aim of making every bride feel super special whilst she was choosing her dress. With the help of her fabulous team, that ethos is still as strong today.

Currently on Maternity Leave.
Sarah joined Serena Bridal almost three years ago, bringing with her a wealth of customer service experience. We look forward to welcoming her back in 2020!

Senior Consultant
And Michelle’s mum! Lyn has been with Serena Bridal since the beginning and there isn’t much she doesn’t know about styling brides. Hugely popular with everyone who meets her.
Maisey
Consultant
Maisey joined Serena Bridal at the beginning of this year, having worked for another boutique for 2 years. She has a warm and bubbly personality and really knows her stuff!
Each of our consultant’s has an intuitive knack of putting together entire looks, which our brides love.

The best place to start is to browse the stunning images on this website and make a list of the dresses which catch your eye (bear in mind that they all look very different when worn!).
Whether you’ve a strong idea or no idea of what you’d like, the next step is to call us on 01268 762775 or email us at contact@serenabridal.co.uk to make an appointment.
Your first appointment will be for an hour and a half. Upon arrival your consultant will ask you a few questions and if you have a list of favourite dresses, which she will show you first. She will then guide you through the rest of our collections and, once you have picked several, she will start the exciting bit of putting you in the dresses.
We have a large selection of tiaras, veils, headpieces and shoes for you to try on, to complete the look.
Each bride has the option of complete privacy in her own changing area – complete with luxurious pink ‘thrones’ for friends and family – and refreshments are always available.
We also stock a stunning range of bridesmaids dresses which you are more than welcome to have a look through but we recommend a separate appointment to try these on as we always like to focus on the bride first!
Rest assured we are completely focused on helping our brides to find their perfect wedding dress.
We are here to help you find ‘the one,’ which may or may not be in our boutique – if it’s not, we’ll certainly help you narrow your search and by the time you leave Serena Bridal, you’ll know exactly what you’re looking for!
Regardless, we want you to enjoy the Serena Bridal experience and we don’t believe any bride should be made to feel she’s the subject of a ‘hard sell.’
